When Vanguard acquired two unfinished office towers left dormant during the pandemic, the challenge was to transform them into a workplace employees would want to return to. Completed in less than 18 months, the project spanned nine floors and included more than 50 environmental graphic installations. Working closely with interior designers and fabrication partners, we developed a graphics strategy rooted in the client’s culture while drawing from the building’s materials, biophilic elements, and architectural character. The program included illuminated features, suspended scrims, dimensional signage, and immersive storytelling environments totaling approximately 3,500–5,500 square feet of graphics—transformed an unfinished real estate asset into a premier destination for employees and visitors.
The Little team was a true partner throughout the course of the project. This team played a key role in turning a massive white elephant, a brand new ghost building, into the premier workspace for Vanguard.
