For Overlake Medical Center’s FutureCare campaign, we created a donor wall recognizing hundreds of supporters across ten giving levels, using a family of cut-wood forms with subtle shifts in shape and depth. The system reads as a unified dimensional tapestry in the lobby of the new medical tower. A key part of my role was building a production workflow that could handle a large, frequently changing donor list. We managed the full dataset and developed an Excel-to-Illustrator automation process to generate production-ready artwork without manual entry. This allowed us to update names, tiers, and layouts instantly and maintain accuracy across hundreds of plaques. By tightly linking content management to our art files, we streamlined coordination with the fabricator and ensured every donor was represented correctly. The final installation offers a cohesive and warm expression of gratitude, supported by an efficient, error-proof production process.
